Urist McDwarf, Bone Carver cancels Decorate With bone: Needs improvable item.
This error message happens when dwarf brings bones to the craftsdwarf's workshop to use them as decoration, but can't find any valid item to use them on. Most likely everything has already been decorated with that kind of bone, or nothing there is can be decorated at all. Alternatively, these might be goblin bones from rotted bodyparts of siegers, which cannot be used as decoration due to dwarven ethics.
In either case, the dwarf will not bring a different type of bone to the workshop when there are already (unusable) bones in there, so forbidding the bone stack in the workshop will fix the issue.
