Open space is a map tile state that indicates there is nothing there. No floor, no walls, no nothing, really. Similar to sky, except sky only appears if there is nothing but open space anywhere above the tile being viewed. Constructions such as stairs, walls and floors can be built into open space. Open space differs from floor, because a floor can be removed, open space cannot. | Open space is a map tile state that indicates there is nothing there.
