This article is about an older version of DF. |
The order of the mace is a cult centered around this particular type of Dwarven weaponry. This noble arrives once you have forged (and not traded away) 50 maces and, once present, will occasionally mandate their production. As with guilds, ignoring these mandates may lead the cult to start a work slowdown, presumably affecting the production of these weapons.
