In Template:L, a dwarf who has no labor Template:Ls above the dabbling level (no skills at Template:L or better. Military and Miscellaneous skills are not considered when labeling a dwarf). In many fortresses, peasants are forced to remain unskilled laborers by only assigning them hauling tasks. By default they are shown as teal:
