This article is about an older version of DF.

Dwarves with the burial labor enabled (default) will haul the corpses of dwarves and pets to graveyard stockpiles (if you have any), as well as placing said remains in any coffins you have built. They may also store the possessions of deceased dwarves in their assigned tombs[Verify].
