This article is about an older version of DF.

The trapping labor enables a Template:L to construct Template:Ls out of wood or metal (instead of using Template:L or Template:L), build them in desired locations, bait them, and finally deconstruct them once they catch something. Trapping also allows a dwarf to pick up an animal trap and actively seek out vermin to capture (using an order from a Template:L or Template:L. Finally, it permits extracting substances from certain types of vermin (currently only Template:Ls and Template:Ls) at a butcher's shop.

This single labor encompasses two different skills - dealing with animal traps and making Template:Ls.
