Suggested cleanup

This page seems mostly useless and full of info of uncertain relevance. I suggest we get rid of the existing bug list and replace it with a new guideline: "This page only lists pervasive issues that are relevant to most players. Only include issues if both of these questions can be answered with a "yes":

  • Does this significantly affect most or all players?
  • Is there some information, like a workaround, that most players should know about this?"

Example of a bug meeting these criteria: Military equipment interferes with civilian equipment (picks/axes/crossbows/quivers). Workaround: don't assign miners, hunters, or woodcutters to the military.
