Starting build 0.31

- Actually, woodcutter+axedwarf is just as broken in 0.31, since being a woodcutter overrides the dwarf's assigned military uniform (with one that consists of nothing but a battle axe) whenever he goes off duty; hunter+marksdwarf is likely also broken in the same way. --Quietust 14:45, 6 October 2010 (UTC)
