Raccoon are medium-sized, omnivorous animal. The live in temperate regions. Like real live raccoons, they can steal gargabe and items left oudside. So don’t leave your masterpiece items in the open or else your dwarf who made that item can throw a tantrum. Raccoons will likely not attack your dwarves or your pets. But if provoked, they will defend themselves. They can seriously wound or even kill a normal dog. A untrained peasent dwarf can also be wounded by a raccoon. A armed hunter or skilled dwarf can easily kill a raccoon.
