Dwarf cancels task: Dropoff inaccessible
This occurs when a dwarf is moving an item and the path between the dwarf and stockpile or garbage dump is suddenly blocked, or forbidden by "Dwarves Stay Inside" order; for instance, the stockpile is in a room, and you lock all the doors.
This also occurs (repeatedly) if a dwarf accepts an automatic hauling job that is forbidden by his assigned burrow. For example, finishing off a barrel of brew leaves the dwarf with an empty barrel automatically hauled in inventory. If a suitable "empty barrel" stockpile is not available in the dwarf's burrow, the dwarf will continually spam error messages until you remove him from the burrow or manually forbid the hauled item.
