If a job is not permitted to be assigned to a dwarf via the labors system, they will still take a job in an assigned workshop only ''if they are specialized'' based on my testing. I'll change the cell back for now, but let's get consensus here if there's still disagreement. Specialized vs unspecialized when assigned to workshop[edit]
I marked the cell ["The dwarf is assigned to the workshop or occupation giving this job" / Unspecialized] as blank, but Putnam changed it to green. That doesn't match my testing.
Figure I'll just share my test notes here, I'll add to it if there's other disagreements. If a job is not permitted to be assigned to a dwarf via the labors system, they will still take a job in an assigned workshop only if they are specialized based on my testing. I'll change the cell back for now, but let's get consensus here if there's still disagreement. OddballJoe (talk) 20:59, 8 January 2023 (UTC)
Red vs blank squares in labor table[edit]
Putnam, you changed the blank squares to red "No" squares. My thinking in leaving them blank was to make the top statement about "any condition" more obvious; I think if people see that both a "No" and a "Yes" condition are satisfied, it'll be harder to interpret than if they see a "Yes" condition and a blank condition satisfied. Do you disagree? OddballJoe (talk) 21:06, 8 January 2023 (UTC)
