Do we actually want the quality template visible on every page? It currently links to a page which says there's supposed to be a "Rate" tab, so I'm guessing the system is broken or turned off. Anyway, I think trying to improve quality isn't super useful until most articles have been updated for v50. Should we hold off on this for now?
Do we actually want the quality template visible on every page? It currently links to a page which says there's supposed to be a "Rate" tab, so I'm guessing the system is broken or turned off.
