A mead hall is a structure built by humans, serving as the seat of the local government for a town.
Mead halls are built from wood and are 2 floors tall - the bottom floor consists of a large open space containing 4 tables (each surrounded by 2 chairs) in the center and 5 beds along the south wall, and a ramp in the northwest corner leads up to a small overhang containing 2 sets of tables and chairs. The town's leader (typically a weapon master) can usually be found on the second floor and may offer quests when spoken to.
