This article is about an older version of DF. |
An idol Å
(internally referred to as a "figurine") is a trade good made at a craftsdwarf's workshop or at a metalsmith's forge under any particular category using the "Make Crafts" job. Like all crafts, it is not possible to create them specifically (e.g. to satisfy mandates) - instead, you just have to roll the dice and hope you get lucky. On rare occasions, cutting a rough gem or a piece of raw glass at a jeweler's workshop will yield a gem or glass figurine.
Once the economy activates, dwarf civilians may claim ownership of figurines and store them in their rooms (or simply leave them sitting on the floor).
