If none of your Template:L Template:L or Template:Ls are Template:Ls then they won't be grabbing and tearing off each other's Template:L at all (unless circumstances conspire to deprive them of their Template:L while Template:L, perhaps). Beyond that, giving every dwarf their own Template:L with a Template:L to store clothes in should enable them to clean up the sparring floor.
Putting Template:Ls and Template:Ls into the Template:L isn't a good idea since the chest will be public, and both dwarves that have their own cabinet and those who don't will constantly check it. Hence it is better if each of your military dwarves has his or her own room, even if you have them set to sleep in the barracks.
