Proposed cleanup of release info
I suggest streamlining release info as follows:
- Delete DF2014:Release information, there's basically no info there
- Replace the contents of Release information with History of Dwarf Fortress#Release_History, the goal being to provide a concise summary of all updates and major changes since the beginning. No more than a line or two per version.
- Rename Release information to Release history with a redirect.

iirc there is another places where there is out of date version history. I think that we should consolidate all this into one page, and that page should be 'Release information'.
