They spawn only around Template:L sites, which are defined as the original Template:L, and don't include any Template:L that carry magma away from magma pipes or magma pools. They may start Template:L, so locating Template:L, Template:L, or Template:L Template:L near magma (or passages leading to magma) is not recommended.
