This article is about an older version of DF. |
A lurker of the depths, found in underground rivers and underground pools. Dangerous and aggressive, giant toads will pursue and attack any dwarves they chance upon. Capable of inflicting heavy casualties amongst unarmed civilians, and have been known to withstand multiple stone-fall traps. Treat with caution.
They are exotic pets, so you cannot tame them until you have a dungeon master. Strangely, they do not breed, unlike the cave crocodiles they often share their river homes with. They also have a [MOUNT_EXOTIC]-tag on them which currently doesn't have any effect.
This article or section has been rated D for Dwarf. It may include witty humour, not-so-witty humour, bad humour, in-jokes, pop culture references, and references to the Bay12 forums. Don't believe everything you read, and if you miss some of the references, don't worry. It was inevitable. |
They are also known to spend all of their time programming obscure ASCII video games.
