This article is about an older version of DF. |
Native silver is one of the two ores that can be smelted directly into silver with a 100% success rate. It can also be combined with other ores to create electrum and billon. In the world of Dwarf Fortress, native silver can be found as veins in gneiss and granite.
Smelting[edit]
Silver Nuggets can be used to make several types of metal bars at a smelter:
- silver bars
- electrum bars - with gold nuggets
- billon bars - with copper nuggets, malachite or tetrahedrite
