Siege workshops produce ballista and catapult parts with siege engineer labor. They are also responsible for the assembly of siege ammo (namely, ballista arrows), whether from wooden logs alone or including a metal tip.

Siege engineers may assemble ballista and catapult parts into stationary siege engines, to be loaded and fired by siege operators.
