The magma forge is a Template:L used by Template:L to turn Template:L into useful objects such as Template:L, Template:L, Template:L, Template:L, Template:L, metal crafts and Template:L for Template:L equipment and Template:L withouth the use of fuel.
To build a magma forge, you must have Template:L materials, an Template:L, and a build site with at least one tile open over Template:L at least 4/7 deep. Placing the impassable sections of the workshop over the magma will prevent dwarves from getting knocked in and prevent magma creatures from crawling out.
Workshop labors and skills
Several different types of items can be created at a metalsmith's forge; dwarves will need the correct type of Template:L enabled for each. The labors used at a forge are:
- Template:L -- Template:L, Template:L components, Template:L, and Template:L
- Template:L (armorer) -- Template:L
- Template:L -- Template:L, and everything in the "Other Objects" category (Template:L, Template:L, Template:L, Template:L, etc.), except anvils
- Template:L -- Anvils, Template:Ls, and all Template:L except chains.
- Template:L -- Animal Traps.
- Template:L -- Mechanisms.
