The House Fer is the guild responsible for trappers. Once your fortress qualifies, whether by having enough workers, having tamed enough animals, or simply buying/breeding enough tame animals, this guild leader will arrive and make sure that all of your trappers have enough work to do.
"Fer" is the Dwarven word for Beast.
