Discipline is a skill that is important for dwarves in the military. A dwarf with high discipline is a dwarf who is unlikely to run from the enemy, as it dictates how likely a dwarf is to run as well as how affected a dwarf will be when they wittiness death making it very useful when many dwarves die in a fight.
