Wikipedia article

This article is about an older version of DF.
A small migratory bird. It has a very long neck and can be found in lakes and other bodies of water.

Geese are Template:L waterfowl, that can also be found in wild populations. Of the common domestic Template:L-laying animals, the goose is the second largest; only the Template:L is larger. A male goose is called a gander, and young geese are called gosslings. Because of their good size, the fact they reach adulthood and full size in only one year, and low Template:L cost, geese are useful for both Template:L and the Template:L.
