Wikipedia article

This article is about an older version of DF.
A gigantic filter-feeding fish found in tropical oceans.

Not to be confused with a Template:L.

The Whale shark is one of many shark species implemented in Dwarf Fortress. The whale shark is the largest living fish species (Template:Ls are mammals) in Dwarf Fortress as well as in real life. They are gigantic (about 20 tons) and produce vast amounts of food when Template:L. Like many other aquatic animals they don't produce Template:L.
