Green Devourers are one of the new underground creatures. They appear in the second and third layers. They are the size of a human, but are not especially aggressive and will generally leave your dwarves alone. Items made from their bodies will have three times the normal value of most creatures', so they are a good choice for your bonecrafters and cooks.

This article is about an older version of DF.
A medium-sized monster walking on two clawed legs. It has two mouths on the ends of a pair of tentacles. It uses its mouths to digest its victims with acid and rows of razor-like teeth.
