Fish dissector is the skill associated with the fish dissection labor. Fish dissectors make extracts from certain vermin, such as moghoppers, at a fishery.
Fish dissectors skill level is used to determine the speed at which the labor is completed. The quality and material of the container used adds to the value of the final product.
Fish dissectors are completely useless dwarves can produce trade goods for a fortress as part of the fishing industry, but tend to be useless until you give them another, more useful skill.
