This article is about an older version of DF.
A huge monster that lurks in caverns deep under the earth. It uses its wide beak to reach down and pluck up unsuspecting intruders.

Jabberers are giant feathery Template:L with a beak.

They are very big and the value of their body parts is multiplied by four, making them a great target for your Template:Ls.

Jabberers have a very high pet Template:L of 1500. Due their strength, they also make up a good line of defense. A Template:L must be present in order to Template:L them.

Jabberers may be used as a mount by Template:L Template:Lrs, and will rip apart dwarves given the opportunity. Consider using Template:L instead of military dwarves to kill them.
