Ettins are similar to the Template:L and the Template:L, but they have two heads. They pose the same threat as the other giant humanoids, as they are also Template:L and Template:Ls. They are usually found in Template:Ls, so if you Template:L near one, be careful.
The heads are known to argue with each other, but that doesn't make the ettin any less Template:L.
