Nervous tissue is a byproduct of butchering most creatures. This item has no known use and can fill your butchery with miasma if it is not removed before it rots. In most living creatures, it controls many bodily functions and movements by sending signals around the body. When feeling relief - but more prominently - pain, is something the nervous system plays the most prominent role in.
