Using reverse image search it turns out the image is older than that, the original artist being KaRzA-76, this being the original source (on DeviantArt). The artist has been contacted.

Similarly to the previous image, this one seems so widespread it's impossible to find the original artist.

• File:Dwarf_temple.jpg, found in temple: credits Kim Sung Min. The only thing I could find on this was this Pinterest post, by image searching "dwarf temple".
