A gigantic version of its tiny cousin, this long, slimy creature tunnels through the rocks deep underground.

Giant earthworms are colossal worms, burrowing through rock and stone. They are also exceptionally rare.

Giant is an understatement -- a worm corpse of merely average weight is around 200 kilograms.

Giant earthworms are predictably nonagressive, but they are capable of killing dwarves. However, due to them having a brain in their whole body and no bones to protect the brain, it is quite easy to kill them.

Giant earthworms do not breed and cannot be tamed. Their only use is looking cool, or as a zoo creature, or simply meat. Their parts have a decent x2 value modifier.

Some dwarves admire them "for their awesome presence."
