Difference between revisions of "Gorlak"
(Included mention that Gorlaks are unable to learn the kicking skill via combat training. This is true no matter how many skilled kickers are in the squad. A Gorlak in my fort has reached legendary levels in every combat skill but has yet to learn the kicking skill at all, despite his squadmates being at accomplished and higher. I've had Gorlaks in the military before and though I never trained them up to that level, none ever learned to kick. I haven't tested it in the arena.) |

Gorlaks are small, good-aligned sapient humanoids encountered in cavern areas. Despite their appearance, they are benign, and so mostly harmless, although will sometimes cause job cancellations,Bug:3348 and occasional weak attacks against animals or sleeping dwarves. They are easily dispatched by even a novice military dwarf and/or most civilians.
