Wikipedia article

This article is about the current version of DF.
Note that some content may still need to be updated.

A large, flat, camouflaged fish found on the sea floor in temperate waters. It is quite passive.

Angelsharks are cartilaginous fish that don't do much of anything except laze about in temperate and tropical oceans. At half the size of a dog, they pose no threat to dwarves. As fully-sized creatures, they can't be fished by fisherdwarves, but can be caught with a drowning chamber. An infant angelshark is called an angelshark pup.

Being cartilaginous, angelsharks won't give bones if butchered (though they'll still provide a skull).

Some dwarves like angelsharks for their ability to conceal themselves.
