Giant chipmunks are a much bigger and fluffier, version of the regular chipmunk. They can reach the size of a grizzly bear, and can swallow dwarves in one bite.
Combat
While an unarmed civilian may unfortunately be killed by a giant chipmunk acting in self defense, a few well-trained dwarves should be able to kill one without much worry. As a result, giant chipmunks aren't really much of a threat, especially as they usually aren't hostile.

Elves will sometimes offer giant chipmunks as an exotic pet.
