Mimetaster is an extinct aquatic vermin from the Devonian era, found in temperate oceans and saltwater pools. They might be[Verify] usable for the fishing industry, but only by capturing a live fish, rather than normal fishing, and also cookable with out cleaning.

Some dwarves like mimetaster for their tilted walk.
